Accuracy

Opening hours, prices and services change, often without warning. We mark anything we have not confirmed, but you should check before relying on it — particularly if you are making a journey for it. We are not liable for a business being shut when you get there.

Listings

The basic listing is free and stays free. A business owner is responsible for the accuracy of their own entry, and we remove entries that are misleading. Where a business has paid for a better position or a photograph, that is marked as paid — it does not change what we write about them.

Tours and concierge days

Tours are run by us. Prices are quoted in convertible marks, and because our payment processor settles in dollars, the card is charged the dollar equivalent at that day's rate — the exact figure is shown before you pay. Whether a tour needs a deposit, and what it includes by way of entry fees, is stated on the tour itself.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel through the link in your confirmation email. Cancel more than 24 hours before the start and anything you have paid is refunded in full; inside 24 hours a deposit may be kept, because the day has been held for you and turned away from somebody else. If we cancel — weather on Vlašić is the usual reason — you are refunded in full or moved to another day, whichever you prefer.

Businesses we list

A listing is not a recommendation and we are not a party to what happens between you and a shop, a restaurant or a guesthouse. If something goes wrong we would like to hear about it, and we will stop listing a business that keeps causing problems, but the contract is theirs and yours.
