Two of the three reasons people write already do themselves, faster than we can reply:

A correction to a listing, a press enquiry, an event you want on the calendar, advertising, or anything that does not fit a form. Write in English, Bosnian, German, Turkish or Arabic — all five are read by a person here, and you will get an answer in the language you wrote in.
Replies usually come the same day and always within two working days. If you have written about a booking that has already been made, say the reference and it will be dealt with first.
